Joshua D. Silverman
Williamson & Lavecchia, L.C. |
Successfully litigating abuse and neglect cases requires a thorough understanding of the developments in the law and an aggressive pursuit of the evidence. The medical records for assisted living facilities and nursing homes are unique and require experience to fully understand.
Josh works with a legal team that is experienced at fighting for the rights of elder abuse victims. Josh's law partner Carolyn Lavecchia is a retired nurse practitioner. They work with an in-house nurse paralegal and a staff of legal assistants and law clerks. Prior to filing any lawsuit they have the case reviewed by qualified experts who provide unbiased opinions.
