The Washington Post featured the story of an elderly resident who died due to a lack of heat at a Richmond assisted living facility. We filed suit on behalf of her sister. Through our investigation we learned that the facility was so cold that the employees were wearing coats and thermal underwear to work. The case settled shortly before trial.
